Revlon: Girly (Edgy Elegance Collection, 2011)
Girly is a very pretty lavender-silver colour. It's probably best described
as a frosted look. It has a
very interesting effect, there are distinct patches that are silver, and
distinct patches that are lavender, but at the same time they blend
together. It's very hard to explain. The formula on this is easy to work
with, and it looks great with a matte top coat. Beware though, this one takes awhile to get off.

I would call this colour more of an electric violet than plum. It's a deep purple, but somehow manages to be bright at the same time. Maybe it's because of the subtle shimmer through it. For me this is a perfect purple because it's dark but doesn't give me a 'bruised finger' look. Good consistency but it does apply a little streaky. Evens out with a second coat.

OPI: Do You Lilac It? (Brights Collection, 2006)
I can't speak highly enough of this colour. It's the perfect shade of lilac purple and I think of all my OPI's its one of my favourites. It does take a few coats to get an even coverage, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. For anyone looking for a pretty purple polish, this one is definitely a winner unless you're too impatient to do a few coats.
